Description:
I was honoured to collaborate with the strategic brand and creative studio, not bad ϟ pretty good, to contribute a series of poppy illustrations for their design of the Parramatta Eels NRL ANZAC Day Round jersey. The client wanted to create a camouflage jersey using their club colours and to also include the iconic poppies of remembrance to feature throughout the camouflage and on promotional materials.

Brief:
Marketing campaign for the Citizens’ for Democratic Renewal, to promote an academic paper to a broad audience, the purpose of which, was to generate action and be a catalyst for change by stimulating the establishment of an Australian Citizens’ assembly. Topographic maps were the inspiration and graphic device weaved throughout the document to illustrate the concept of travel and discovery.

Description:
The brief was to create a fun and engaging yearbook for the graduating class of Newtown Public School, a comprehensive primary school for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 with a diverse and vibrant community of inner-city families. Description:
Judo Bank is a purpose-built challenger bank servicing SMEs. The brand’s design system was developed to be approachable yet instil a strong sense of confidence. This system was leveraged across their corporate reporting suite, resulting in a striking design which highlighted the company’s many successes during the challenges and uncertainty of COVID-19.

Brief:
Marketing campaign to generate feedback and support on a Citizens’ Convention on UK Democracy – a 2-year long convention that will work to forge a new partnership between elected representatives and the people, to “ensure democracy becomes effective once again”. A non-partisan colour palette was used to reinforce the neutral position of the client. The graphic elements are taken from a deconstructed Union Jack to signify the fragile and fractured state of the current democratic process and subsequent level of trust among citizens.

Visually communicate the new brand positioning of EDF Energy – one of the largest energy suppliers in the UK. Brief:
Marketing campaign to promote the new Democracy Foundation (nDF) – an independent, non-partisan research and development organisation. It’s core objective is to aim to discover, develop and demonstrate alternatives which strengthen and restore trust in public decision-making by conducting real world trials using random selection and deliberation as a central process. To strengthen their brand assets, I designed the hexagon graphic device which can be used across a range of marketing material in a variety of ways. This is a visual reference to beehives as bees are considered one of the most democratic species on the planet, making collective decisions for the benefit of the entire hive.

Brand identity design for an art therapy business based near Newcastle. The use of the lotus was important to the client to symbolise the enlightenment and self-regeneration that can come from this form of healing therapy.
